North Division Batter of the Week: Trevor Halsema (Idaho Falls Chukars)

In a battle of a week for the Idaho Falls Chukars, Trevor Halsema led the offense against the Ogden Raptors, especially on the Chukars’ home turf. Halsema recorded 12 hits in the series, going 8-15 in the second half at home. Six of his hits went for extra bases, including four doubles and a two-run home run, batting in a total of seven runs across the plate. Despite falling to the red-hot Raptors 1-5 in the series, Halsema’s efforts kept the homestands close going into the second full month of the season.

North Division Pitcher of the Week: Connor Schultz (Missoula PaddleHeads)

In only six games, Williams racked up an incredible 18 hits and 30 runs batted in, a single week record for the league this season. Eleven of those hits went for extra bases, adding up to 47 total bases for the Raptors catcher.
