Voyagers Wrap Up 2023 Season
(Great Falls, Mt.) The Great Falls Voyagers ( 35-61/21-29) looked to finish the regular season on a winning note against the visiting Boise Hawks (49-47/21-27). However, this was not to be, as they played a doubleheader on Saturday to finish the season.
The Voyagers, who lost the series' first game on Thursday at 9-7, lost game one to the Hawks in an 8-5 battle. The Voyagers tried to come back late in the game but to no avail. In the second game, it started well for both teams, scoring one in the first inning, but a five run inning in the 3rd for the Hawks put the game out of reach for the Voyagers as they lost this one, 7-3.
The Voyagers will now put their efforts into looking forward to 2024 and wish to thank everyone who participated this year. From the staff, managers, workers, PA, and Radio to you, the fans, none of this was possible without you. Thank you one and all!!
